Why should I have my driveway sealed?

Sealing with premium oil-based product protects your driveway from the harsh extremes of summer heat and winter deep freeze. Rain, snow, heat and the weight of vehicles all put stress on your driveway leading to cracks and warping. Regular sealing protects and extends the life of your driveway.

How often should my driveway be sealed?

Generally, we recommend a standard driveway be sealed once every two years. If your driveway is older, already has visible cracks or experiences more use than the standard driveway, we might recommend once a year.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the size, condition and complexity of any design aspects. For reference, a standard 4-car asphalt driveway starts at $200. The majority of standard asphalt driveways will range between $180 and $260.

What does ramp installation cost?

Asphalt ramps, bridging the edge of your garage concrete and your driveway, typically range from $300 - $400. Ramps take approximately 4 hours to build, on average, and are then sealed. We recommend waiting 4-6 hours before use.

Do you offer discounts?

How long does it take?

Each driveway is cleaned, inspected, repaired if needed, and then sealed. The time varies on the size and condition of the driveway, but a standard 2-car asphalt drive in good condition will typically take 1-2 hours. After sealing, we recommend waiting four hours before parking any cars.

Do you offer construction services?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer construction services. We offer smaller repairs, ramp installation, and maintenance. However, we may be able to recommend a local trusted contact, so please ask!

Does my concrete need sealing?

Exposed aggregate, interlock, and paver stone concrete layouts, including driveways, walkways and patios, experience the same stresses as asphalt. Pressure washing and sealing concrete is very beneficial for its longevity. The cost of concrete sealing varies depending on the size and layout.
